Hotfixes: Feb 10th 2021

General
- Reduced Chill Flame from Salamanders from 45 seconds to 10 seconds and reduced the damage
- Reduced Scout and Patin Archers in FT
- Added text to Greater Healing Potion to include required level
- Removed ability to use Academy Circlet
- Added a bunch of new automoted events and vote reward program
-> This new program will reward players who vote and event may trigger that you can participate for awesome rewards!
-> New Trivia and Fantasy Island Event! Designed by @[GM]Shilen and made by @siorba (Eclipsa)
- Added in Fantasy Island NPCs and teleport option to go there to GKs
- Re-arranged mobs in Death Pass to reflect better level progression of mobs.
-> Starting at south Death Pass will be level 30-40 mobs
-> Hardins Academy 40-50
-> Deep past Hardins will be 50-60 Tough Mobs

Class Balances
TH/AW/PW
- Reworked Energy mechanic for daggers
-> Now energy for daggers goes up to only 3 stacks
-> Each stack increases the Skill Critical Damage of your abilities by 5% per stack (total of 15%)
-> Daggers now use combo building skills: Chain Blow, Heart Breaker and Energetic Blow
-> Then they spend it on Combo Finishers like Blood Stab, Easterly Wind Strike, Right Angle Strike, and Shadow Reverse
-> Each finisher will remove the Energy stacks, requiring you to rebuild your combos to cast another
- Energetic Blow now gives a stack of energy instead of requiring it
